How credits work for houses/units charged at a lump sum, irrespective of how many persons.

ONE credit is worth R1000 commercial value, in kind.

In order to arrive at how many credits a Host should charge for an establishment that is charged at a fixed rate, commercially, irrespective of how many persons, the following shall apply:

Divide the cost of the unit/house etc that would normally be applicable to paying guests by 800.
Example:

An establishment is normally advertised at R2400 per nt for the entire unit. Divide R2400 by R1000 = 3 credits per night is charged and filled into the swap form block called "Number of credits PER DAY".

If the amount works out to say 2.5 or above, then round the amount out to 3 credits.
If the amount works out to sat 2.4 or less , then round the amount out to 2 credits
